Intermediate⏱ ~6 hours

What is the Business path?

The Business path is designed for executives, founders, managers, and operators who are responsible for making AI investment decisions. It covers the full commercial lifecycle of AI in an organization: how to assess where AI can create value, how to build a strategy and roadmap, how to measure ROI (both financial and operational), how to evaluate and select vendors without getting locked in, how to structure teams around AI initiatives, and how to govern AI usage to manage risk.

This path is for people who don't need to write code but do need to make decisions about AI — and need those decisions to be defensible, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.

After completing this path you'll be able to...

  • Develop an AI strategy aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes
  • Build ROI frameworks that capture cost savings, revenue uplift, and productivity gains
  • Evaluate AI vendors — red flags, lock-in risks, pricing models, and security questions to ask
  • Structure AI teams — roles, responsibilities, and org models that work
  • Implement governance frameworks for responsible AI usage and risk management
  • Communicate AI value to stakeholders, boards, and investors with confidence
